Overview: The order confirmation is one of the last screens members see before they leave SamsClub.com or the app. This moment offers an opportunity to reassure members that they’ll get what they want when they expect it and receive the right amount of savings.
That’s a lot of information to convey at a glance. We restructured the page and leveraged dynamic content to support that, while supporting business goals to increase engagement by introducing membership and product recommendation carousels.
Conversion rates and gross merchandise value per member increased as a result.
