Sam’s Club content strategy

I’m happy to talk through this project and its artifacts upon request—it’s one of my favorites!

As a UX content designer supporting 10 product designers at any given time, I led the Sam’s Club membership strategy, serving tens of millions of members.

I developed a core strategy, established voice and tone guidelines, created messaging frameworks, set process and collaboration guidelines for our cross-functional teams, and created self-serve resources for our product design partners.

This documentation became a north star that drove conversations and alignment across multiple teams, and created cohesion for members engaging with different experiences across SamsClub.com, the Sam’s Club app, the Sam’s Club Help Center, physical signage, points of sale, transactional emails and more.
